  • Eligibility:iGo Vampire Power Awareness Sweepstakes 2009(the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of iGo, Inc., Sitewire Marketspace Solutions, LLC, and The Rogers Group and their respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes and/or the prizes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor:The Sweepstakes is sponsored by iGo, Inc, 17800 North Perimeter Drive, #200, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255.
  • Agreement to Official Rules:By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant warrants that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  • Entry Periods:The Sweepstakes begins October 11, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, December 10, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
  • How to Enter:
    • Submit a screen capture of your augmented reality experience: Visit www.vampirepowersucks.com during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to participate in the augmented reality experience. Create a screen capture of yourself participating in the augmented reality and submit it via the website.
    • Free Method of Entry: To enter without submitting a screen capture, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to "iGo Vampire Power Awareness Sweepstakes 2009", c/o Sitewire Marketspace Solutions, LLC,740 South Mill Avenue, Suite 210, Tempe, AZ 85281. You will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: 1 per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2009 and received by December 10, 2009. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
    For All Entries: Limit: Each participant may enter 1 time per week during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant.
  • Selection of Winners:All winners will be selected on a random basis by Sponsor. Sponsor is an independent organization whose selection of the potential winners, as well as any and all decisions relating to the Sweepstakes, are final and binding. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners weekly for weekly prizes and Sponsor will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner on or about December 10, 2009 from all eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone.
  • Requirements of Potential Winners:Potential winners must continue to comply with the Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, each potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence), and Weekly Prize winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit") and fulfill any other requirements as determined by Sponsor, in order to claim his/her prize. The potential Grand Prize winner must return the Affidavit within 3 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, and the potential Weekly Prize winners must each return the Affidavit within 10 days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, or the potential winner forfeits prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to 3 alternates, if time permits. If all 3 alternate potential winners are disqualified for any prize, no further drawings will take place and that prize will not be awarded. Weekly Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 2-3 weeks after the week of selection and the Grand Prize will be fulfilled approximately 3-4 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
  • Prizes:1 GRAND PRIZE: Payment of one (1) year’s worth of electricity for the winner’s primary residence, not to exceed Two Thousand Four Hundred U.S. Dollars ($2,400). All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner ARV: $2,400. Five (5) Weekly Prizes of one (1) iGo adaptable charger product, actual item to be determined. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. ARV not to exceed: $100 each. Four (4) Weekly prizes of one (1) Solio Classic Universal Hybrid Charger. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. ARV: $100 each. Total prize value - $3,300
  • Publicity:Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s designees to use entrant’s name, likeness and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
  • Privacy:Information collected via the iGo Vampire Power Awareness Sweepstakes 2009 is subject to iGo’s privacy policy.
  • General Conditions:In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (2) award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address indicated when registering a screen name will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
  • Release and Limitations of Liability:Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless iGo, Inc., Sitewire Marketspace Solutions, LLC, and The Rogers Group and their respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective agents and agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (1) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (3) printing errors; (4) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (6) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes; provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
  • Disputes:Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for Maricopa County, AZ or the appropriate Arizona State Court located in Phoenix, Arizona; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona.

Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than May 10, 2010.
